Reserve Asset Inventory Report (2018)
A committee to study the reserve asset inventory and funding requirements for the Master Association was formed in the third quarter of 2018. This report presents the conclusions and recommendations of that committee.
Documents & Forms > Assessments & Payments
High Desert statements are mailed just prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter. Assessments are due on the first day of the quarter and are considered late if not paid by the 25th day of the quarter. Owners who prefer to receive their statements electronically may sign up for e-statements here.
Past due statements are mailed to those who are delinquent. The delinquent assessment will be charged interest at a rate of 12% per annum starting with the day the delinquent payment was due (e.g., a payment due on January 1 that was unpaid as of January 26 would be charged interest starting on January 1). If the assessment is not paid by the next quarterly billing date, a late fee of $100 will be applied.
In addition, as indicated in the Declaration, there may be Special Assessment and/or Specific Assessments.
Please note that quarterly invoices may include other fees and charges due to the Association in addition to the current assessments, so the total amount may vary from period to period.
Please look carefully at your invoice before payment to make sure your total is accurate.

Voting Members & Alternates
Voting Members are elected by the members of each Village in alternating years to "be the eyes & ears" of their Village. They cast votes on behalf of the village for the annual election of Directors, and other important matters. Note that VMs and Alternates are selected by the number of votes they receive from their community, so the greater number of votes becomes Voting Member, fewer votes becomes the Alternate.
Interim appointments may also be made by the Board between scheduled elections if a vacancy occurs. See your own village page for information on current vacancies.

Parking Rules & Regulations
Although Albuquerque's city parking rules apply to non-gated villages, they do not apply to gated villages, where the roads are private streets. Several years ago, the Board passed an amendment for parking rules and regulations that pertain to the gated villages:
