Minor changes were approved for the High Desert Approved and Prohibited Plant List at the Mach 19, 2024 Board Meeting. Spelling grammar and format items were corrected.
Landscape Master Plan
The June, 2015 Landscape Master Plan presents planning and design principles, an assessment of existing conditions, conceptual designs and priorities for the High Desert landscape.

Guidelines for Sustainability for Estate and Premier Villages
This 81-page document describes the general concepts, suggestions, and planning principles for designing and maintaining Estate and Premier homes in High Desert.
This version amends the Landscape Concept for High Desert section to provide new language relating to wildfire defensive measures. In addition, the Roof Color amendment adopted 9/23/14 and the Exterior Mechanical Equipment amendment adopted 1/8/18 and published separately have been incorporated in this new version.

Guidelines for Sustainability for Builder Villages
This 73-page document describes the general concepts, suggestions, and planning principles for designing and maintaining Builder Homes in High Desert. This August 21, 2018, version amends the Landscape Concept for High Desert section to assign landscape responsibilities for Common Areas to the Landscape Committee.
In addition, the Wild Fire Defensive Measures amendment adopted 7/19/2018, the Roof Color amendment adopted 9/23/14, and the Exterior Mechanical Equipment amendment adopted 1/8/18 and published separately have been incorporated in this new version.
