Base Assessments & Gated Village Assessments
The Association has a Base Assessment owed by all owners and, additionally, seven gated villages have Gated Village Assessments for owners in those gated villages. Assessments are based on the budget and are determined annually.
The Association Base Assessments are $309 quarterly.
Gated Village Assessments are billed on the same quarterly invoice as the Base Assessment. The current Gated Village Assessments are:

Voting Member Election Procedure and Code of Conduct
This policy consolidates four previous policies and specifies procedures for Voting Member elections.
Enforcement Policy
Covers the Board's policy and procedure for enforcement of applicable covenants, conditions and restrictions. It specifically addresses assessment delinquencies as well as violations of the Governing Documents, the Rental Agreement Policy and the New Construction Committee Directive Policy.

As a homeowner of any High Desert Village, you are assessed for services.
All assessments are billed quarterly by HOAMCO, our management company, or may be automatically debited from your bank account. See your latest statement from HOAMCO for details.
* Amounts are reviewed annually by the HDROA Board of Directors and are subject to change at any time.

The Association Base Assessments are $68.00 per month for the year July 2023 – June 2024 and are billed quarterly at $204.00.
