Caliber Portal (for payments & statements)

The Caliber portal allows you to review your HOA statements and make payents directly, by clicking here.

A new popup page will ask you to register with a username and password. From then on you can access the portal just by logging in. You may wish to bookmark this page or simply type in highdesertliving.net/caliber

High Desert statements are mailed just prior to the beginning of each calendar quarter. Assessments are due on the first day of the quarter and are considered late if not paid by the 25th day of the quarter. Owners who prefer to receive their statements electronically may sign up for e-statements here.

Past due statements are mailed to those who are delinquent. The delinquent assessment will be charged interest at a rate of 12% per annum starting with the day the delinquent payment was due (e.g., a payment due on January 1 that was unpaid as of January 26 would be charged interest starting on January 1).  If the assessment is not paid by the next quarterly billing date, a late fee of $100 will be applied.

In addition, as indicated in the Declaration, there may be Special Assessment and/or Specific Assessments.

Please note that quarterly invoices may include other fees and charges due to the Association in addition to the current assessments, so the total amount may vary from period to period.

Please look carefully at your invoice before payment to make sure your total is accurate.

Sign Up For E-Statements

To take away the clutter of paper and to save the Association on postage, sign up for e-statements using this link: hoamco.opt-e-mail.com/signup

Some helpful information:

  • Account ID: is the homeowner’s account number. Sometimes the homeowner will need to add an extra 1 at the end of the account number IF the account number is not being recognized.
  • Street Number: Just the numerical part of the address. Do not include apt/unit/lot number.
  • E-mail: this would need to be the email address we have in Caliber. If the homeowner would like to updated the email address in Caliber, the homeowner will have to wait 24 hours before enrolling for e-statements.
  • Password: This can be anything. The homeowner will never use this password in the future. I usually just type in “password1” just to get passed that part.
  • Full Name (optional): No need to enter anything in this field
  • Terms & Conditions: Check the box and click “Create Account”

To ensure proper credit to your account, please be sure that your account number (shown on the HOAMCO invoice) is properly reflected in your bank's records and appears on all payments transmitted.

Since HOAMCO is not set up to receive electronic payments, your bill-pay service will likely mail a paper check, which can take several days to deliver.  Please take that into account in scheduling your payments, so that they arrive at the HOAMCO office by the due date.

If you have scheduled automatic recurring payments, please be sure that the amount of your payment matches the total amount due on your current invoice, which may vary from time to time due to changes in assessment amounts and/or the inclusion of other fees and charges.

Note: Owners who have set up payments through their bank will need to correct the remittance address for delivery of payments beginning in 2013. Failure to update the address for your online assessment bill may result in delayed or returned payments. The address is:

High Desert Residential Owners Association
c/o HOAMCO
P.O. Box 94346
Las Vegas, NV 89193-4346

Mailing Your Payments

Owners who want to continue mailing in their payments should address the envelopes to the following address:
