Use to notify HOAMCO of any change in your mailing address for billing or other purposes.
High Desert ROA Vacation Watch Request - High Desert Security Services
Use this form to notify the security patrol of your vacation plans and to ask for a patrol of your residence while you are away.
Statement of Interest (SOI) Form for Volunteer Opportunities
Interested in Volunteering? Use the online or pdf version to let us know your interested.
Modifications Committee Request Form
Use to initiate a request for approval of a modification to your home or property. Requests are due no later than the first Friday of the month for that month's MC meeting.
Report CC&R Concerns Form
As a member of HDROA, it is your right and responsibility to help ensure that residential properties and common areas are maintained properly. Use this form if you feel a property or common area landscaping within your community does not uphold these requirements. Valid violations will be handled in a timely manner.
Voting Member Work Order Request Form
This form is used by Voting Members to report problems or needed repairs in common areas, including landscape. Homeowners please contact your Voting Member with problems you see. However, if you live in a village without an elected Voting Member, then you should use this form.
This new system tracks requests to ensure prompt action and will close jobs out when the work has been completed.
